No—this is designed for entire church teams. From lead pastors to youth and worship leaders, your full staff can be trained, resourced, and supported.

We offer a self-paced online certification course based on our ACT model (ask convince, take action), which can be completed by pastors, staff, volunteers, and student leaders.

Once your team completes the training and your church adopts the core protocols, you’ll receive a digital and physical badge certifying your church as a mental health-safe space.

The Stay Here Network complements your efforts with nationally recognized training, tools you likely don’t have (like NFC bracelets and 24/7 chat), and access to a network of like-minded churches.
