Stay Here Network – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 28th, 2025

By joining the Stay Here Network (“Network”), you (“Member,” “Church,” or “Organization”) agree to the following terms and conditions outlined by Stay Here, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

 

1. Membership & Access

  • Stay Here Network membership includes access to exclusive digital resources, trainings, protocols, and support materials designed to equip churches and ministries in mental health, suicide prevention, and pastoral wellness.
  • Resources are for internal church staff use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
  • Membership access is granted on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected payment plan at the time of registration.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • Monthly memberships are billed automatically every 30 days.
  • Annual memberships are billed in full upon registration and renew annually.
  • All payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand circumstances change and want to make the cancellation process thoughtful and helpful.

To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:

  1. Email your cancellation request to [email protected]
  2. OR schedule a quick call with Jacob or Jonah Coyne to share feedback and explore solutions. If finances are a concern, we may be able to offer a discounted rate.

Please note:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
  • Membership access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

 

4. Use of Content

  • All Stay Here Network materials are copyrighted. By becoming a member, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content within your church or organization.
  • Public sharing or reproduction outside of your staff team without written permission is prohibited.

 

5. Modifications to Terms

Stay Here reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of major changes via email or inside the member dashboard.
